Life is just too short to be living with chronic health problems and missing out on all the fun. Some of the best moments in my life have come from when I am playing and enjoying my life outside, doing things I used to not be able to do. And I want the same for you.
But you have to be willing to do some work in order to heal. You have to know and understand that as human beings, our bodies are designed to heal, survive and thrive. They're amazing at it. But we still have to do our part.
Every single one of our successful clients focuses on the 3 Essential Pillars that I discuss in the above presentation.
But here are some other things you need to be willing to do to get the same results as our clients:
1. You have to be willing to unlearn some things.
You have to realize and accept that naturopaths, functional medicine practitioners, and the natural health industry as a whole have some things COMPLETELY wrong when it comes to health and wellness based off of faulty information. So it’s very possible you’ve been following bad advice.
There is A LOT that doctors, naturopaths and functional medicine practitioners simply DO NOT know and understand about brain health and mental wellness. They do not understand the cutting-edge neuroscience research that has been published in recent years and don't have personal experience implementing it on themselves.
So you need to unlearn some things and forget some of the things you’re already doing for your health if you want to recover and heal.
2. You have to be willing to learn some new things.
You need to understand that the information and advice that is going to get you from where you are now right now to where you want to be is going to be something much different than what you're already doing.
Otherwise, you would already be where you want to be, right?
A good practitioner and health coach is counter intuitive. If they can't tell you something different, they can't help you move any further forward than where you already are.
3. You have to apply the tactics that we know work.
And you have to apply them in the right way that works for you, based on the results of your blood work and specialized testing.
It's not enough to just fix each pillar in a step-by-step order. It needs be tweaked over time for you. It needs to be personalized based on your own test results.
It's great to have a plan like the one I share with you in the above presentation. But you also need to know how to tweak the plan over time. And make minor changes to the protocol so that it’s more effective and efficient for you.
That way, you keep seeing results and maintain the progress you’ve made over time.
